I’ve introduced the Flavourista range to YesUCan because they are an Australian company who have specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegars, spice and salt blends, lush chocolate powders, and dessert toppings and sauces that I believe you’re going to truly enjoy.

Another reason was that all their products are CERTIFIED GLUTEN and NUT FREE which is a great guarantee when you’re trying hard to keep yourself and your loved ones healthier!

When I received my first order from Flavourista and I tried my first product and all I can say is YUM! 😋

My girlfriend put together a special lunch for me and I thought I’d share our first recipe below!

Roasted Satay Mas Tofu & Potatoes 

This took 10 mins preparation time with 15 minutes cooking in an oven on 180 degrees.

•  Firm Tofu (drained, pressed and chopped into cubes)
•  Potatoes cut into cubes.
•  Carrot chopped 
•  Flavourista Satay Mas
•  Olive Oil
•  Garlic finely chopped 
•  Onion finely chopped
•  Fresh salad leaves
•  garlic creamy dressing or aioli 

Toss tofu and potatoes in Flavourista Satay Mas.  Place coated tofu, coated potatoes, carrot garlic and onion on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.  Bake in the oven for 10mins.

Put fresh salad leaves on a serving plate.

Remove baking tray from the oven.  Toss roasted tofu and vegetables together and place on the salad leaves.  Served drizzled with your favourite garlic creamy dressing or aioli.
