As you’re probably aware by now I’ve spent way to much time in hospital and many years fighting chronic pain.  The results of this played havoc on my hair.  The huge amount of pain from many operations, way to many pharmaceutical medications and major stress after my 30 year marriage broke down made my hair fall out to the point of embarrassing baldness on top.  Add to that dry, frizzy and breaking ends that was made even worse after moving interstate to Queensland’s humid summers.

I was so so happy when I got introduced to Silk Oil of Morocco by my first carer in Queensland.  She gave me a bottle of REP-Hair creme and I’m sure at the time she didn’t realise how much this one gift was going to impact my life and I thank her kindness from the bottom of my heart to this day.

I gradually saw the magic it started doing with my hair.  Slowly but surely my love for Silk products came about and my poor hair started slowly changing.  The bald bits sprouting new hair while the dry and brittle ends slowly getting nourished with the moisture it so desperately needed.  Now let’s move forward a couple of years …

So what three products do I now use each morning?

Let’s start and take a look.  First I actually put a little of each in the palm of my hand so I begin with two pumps of Argan Anti-Frizz Cream.

I absolutely love that it doesn’t contain any harsh and drying alcohols and it also there’s no parabens.  There’s also definitely no animal testing so it gets more ticks from me.

You only need to dispense 1 – 2 pumps of Argan Anti-Frizz Cream in your palm then you can apply to dry hair.   The trick I find is to pull it through under layers of your hair concentrating on ends where your hair is the driest. Then with whatever you have left in hand just smooth hands very lightly over your hair surface to tame any trouble spots. 

I recommend Argan Anti-Frizz Cream 100% and with my curly hair I combine it with Argan Hair and Skin Treatment and just a tiny bit of Argan Curl Creme to complete my look.  I love these products and what they do for my hair.

All in all I’d have to say that the multi award winning Argan Vegan Hair & Skin Treatment is one of my absolute favourite products and I use it every day.  

Lastly I used Argan Curl Crème.

I’ve found that Argan Curl Crème conditions and defines the appearance of natural curls and I love it.  I find it’s light-weight formula is enriching and contains nourishing shea butter, Australian macadamia, sweet almond & sunflower seed oils.  It also has certified organic aloe vera and evening primrose oil and of course contains our  Cold Pressed Certified Organic Argan Oil which in itself is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, omega-6 & omega-9 essential fatty acids.

I apply a small amount of Argan Curl crème to my hands and scrunch it all over my clean hair.  It certainly works well on both dry and towel dried hair.  You can blow dry or leave your hair to dry naturally for a more relaxed curl.
