Sweet Thai Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 tablespoon Flavourista Garlic Smash Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 250gm sliced mushroom
- 375 g packet of Rainbow Mix Stir Fry Vegetables
- 1 bunch of Bok choy
- 2 teaspoons Flavourista Thai It! Spice blend
- Pinch of Flavourista Field Mushroom Salt
- 2 tablespoons Ayam Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Kecap Manis Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- ½ can Coconut cream
Method
- Heat Flavourista Garlic Smash Olive Oil in a pan and cook onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and Flavourista Thai It! Spice blend and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add Oyster and soy sauce to the mushroom mix.
- Combine the Rainbow stir fry mix, gently tossing through mushrooms then stir through coconut cream.
- Roughly chop the Bok choy and add to the stir fry, stir through Kecap Manis sweet Soy sauce, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with a lime wedge and a pinch of Flavourista Field Mushroom Salt for an extra burst of flavour and decorate with edible flowers.
