Delicious and Easy Sweet Thai Vegetable Stir Fry

Try our Sweet Thai Vegetable Stir Fry recipe. Packed with vibrant colours and bold flavours, this gluten-free and nut-free dish is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Plus, it's vegan-friendly and oh-so-delicious!

Sweet Thai Vegetable Stir Fry 

  • Heat Flavourista Garlic Smash Olive Oil in a pan and cook onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and Flavourista Thai It! Spice blend and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add Oyster and soy sauce to the mushroom mix.
  • Combine the Rainbow stir fry mix, gently tossing through mushrooms then stir through  coconut cream.
  • Roughly chop the Bok choy and add to the stir fry,  stir through Kecap Manis sweet Soy sauce, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with a lime wedge and a pinch of Flavourista Field Mushroom Salt for an extra burst of flavour and decorate with edible flowers.
